THE HOLY SPIRIT NOVENA
The Novena to the Holy Spirit is the mother of all Novenas; all other Novenas sprang forth from the Novena to the Holy Spirit.
The Master Himself, Jesus Christ, instituted this Novena on the day of His ascension into Heaven, when He sent His Apostles back to Jerusalem to pray for nine days that they might be ready on the tenth day, which was Pentecost, to receive the Holy Spirit.
