STORY OF OUR LADY OF CASTELBRUEDO - WHERE INVISIBLE HANDS IGNITE THE LAMPS AND CANDLES
Feast Day - March 28
Catalonia, Spain
Here at Olion, in Catalonia, Spain, Our Lady was honoured under the title of Nuestra Senora de Castelbruedo or Our Lady of Castelbruedo. The lamps and the candles wax of the church were likewise lighted by invisible hands, and all would disappear three days after the feast, on the twenty-eighth of March. Despite all investigations, the lights and their quenching could not be accounted for; but it was universally taken for granted that all this was to honour Our Lady.
